Temporary Power of Attorney Form
A temporary power of attorney form is ideally used when parents are traveling abroad and are leaving their child in the care of a family member or trusted friends. This form may also be used in instances where the children are going on a field trip or excursion with a school, on a sports trip or on holiday with friends. The parent or guardian authorizes the school games master or friend his/her is leaving the child with to act on their behalf during the period they are away.
