A teacher self report refers to a report which is prepared by the respective teacher him/ herself recording the details of the activities he/ she conducted with their students. The report is a summary of the methods of teaching adopted by the teacher, the events/ activities (such as debates/ quizzes etc.) organized, the co-curricular activities encouraged etc. The report can be used by the teacher for self- assessment or by the school authorities for assessing the performance of the respective teacher.
