Staff Feedback Form
A staff feedback form is used to give a personnel’s view of issues that arise within a company or an organization. This form is filled on a voluntary basis, as it is not a necessary requirement. In this way the management can be able to know if systems that have been implemented, or other changes or projects that come up, such as employee appraisal, are accepted, and what more they can do to ensure that they motivate their staff, in order for them to be more productive.
