Specific Power of Attorney Form


Specific power of attorney form also known as limited power of attorney form allows a person, i.e. the principal, to authorize someone else i.e. the attorney-in fact or agent to act on his or her behalf. This document becomes effective immediately. The document author/grantor can decide whether it should be a durable or non-durable power of attorney. It can also be customized to fit the principal’s needs.
