An eviction letter is one that is served by a landlord to a tenant because he/she has broken one or more of the tenancy rules and regulations. Most letters are drafted mainly because of failure to pay. The landlord states clearly the reasons why he needs the premises vacated and gives notice as to how long the tenant has to do so.
