Purchase Forms

Purchase forms are used to make legally binding purchase agreements between the seller and buyer or procurer of a specified commodity. Purchase forms act as a contract between the parties that are involved in a transaction. Both the seller and buyer are subject to the conditions of the purchase form that governs how the transaction will take place.

A purchase form contains essential information such as what the purchase and sale will constitute, the cost of the purchase, terms of payment, warranties and other relevant provisions. Purchase forms are very important in the formulation of business transactions.

The transaction can only be completed when both the parties agree to the terms of the purchase form and duly sign it as a sign of commitment to the process. The content of purchase forms may vary, depending on the nature of the actual transaction that takes place. The seller and purchaser are obligated to comply with what the form stipulates.
