Property Release Form
A property release form is required to grant permission for the publication of images of your property such as house, gardens, and farm house etc. Whenever you see an advertisement which shows a beautiful house you can be sure that the owner has signed a property release form authorizing the publication of such images for the purpose of advertisement or promotion. He waives all rights over the images clicked by the photographer for that particular session and authorizes any cropping, modifications or alterations including addition of text or graphics to the pictures.
