Payroll Remittance Form


This is used by employees to submit their returns to the CRA as soon as possible. This is a requirement of the CRA. Mainly when an employee is filling in this form, he/she must clearly indicate the number of employees under their sheepfold as well as the current payment that they are making. The CPP contributions are also details that need to be furnished. A sample payroll remittance form is shown below.
