Payroll Correction Form


A payroll correction form is a form filled by an employee in case there is any error while calculating and making his payment or in case there is any detail wrongly mentioned in his payroll. The form is filled up so that there is documentary evidence that there was a mistake in the payroll and it has to be rectified and the employee is compensated. The form is usually approved by the HR department of the employer organization.
