When a tenant needs to be informed that he/she should vacate a premise, a notice is sent to him. This notice should be sent specifically to him and to his address to make sure that he/she gets it. It should contain the reasons why he/she is being required to leave, including a time period that is reasonable to allow him prepare and clear any pending payments.
