in Notice Forms

When a client is unable to pay rent, or needs to vacate the premises for any other reasons, he informs the landlord through a letter. This is a notice to the landlord explaining to him that he/she intends to vacate and why. The tenant states when he/she intends as there should be a time span and a guarantee to clear all pending payments.
