Notice of Completion Form

A notice of completion is sent to a client who has finished paying premiums or loan repayments owed. The letter congratulates the client on the completion of his payments, stating the full amount paid and the duration it took and offers to support him/her if he/she requires additional assistance from the company on another product or service.
