| On the execution of the concerned assignment; the assignee will fill this original Notice of Assignment Contract Form, sign it and forward this signed copy to the assignor of this agreement.
The Assignee will acknowledge receipt of this Notice of Assignment of Contract Form by signing the acknowledgement receipt sent with the form. If this form is not duly filled and sent within 15 days from receipt of the form; the Notice of Assignment of Contract Form will be void. |
