Lease Agreement Amendment Form
A lease agreement amendment form is used to make any changes in the terms and conditions of a lease agreement created between a lessor and the lessee. There can be different types of lease agreements, commercial or residential, and whenever any party wants any modifications in the clauses or wants to add anything to the original agreement, a new amendment form must be used to put those changes in writing. Such a formal lease agreement amendment form must be signed by both parties for the agreement to be effective. Amendment in lease agreements are usually made regarding an increase in the rent amount, notice period or other terms and conditions.
