Landlord Permission Form

A landlord permission form is used by the tenant to seek permission from his landlord regarding usage of any part of the leased property, installation of any equipment, some new construction or request for any additional services which were not part of the original agreement. While preparing the lease agreement, the landlord and the tenant agree on certain things but the tenant is not the owner of the house and so if he has to make any changes, he has to ask the landlord’s permission, and not doing so can lead to termination of contract or he may have to vacate the premises. Once he gets the landlord’s consent, he can go ahead with the changes.
