Irrevocable Power of Attorney Form
An irrevocable power of attorney form gives an agent the authority to make decisions, and act on behalf of the person granting the power, i.e. the principal. It remains irrevocable unless the parties agree to terminate it. It can be used when the principal wants to dispose off his/her assets.
