In order for the management of a hotel or holiday resort to understand a client’s thoughts and feelings pertaining to their experiences, holiday feedback forms are provided. In this forms the customers, express their views on what appealed to them, and what repelled them. It is then left up to the management to improve on their services, to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is provided at all times and ensure that theirs is a destination that customers will want to keep coming back to.
