Fire Drill Report Form
Fire drill refers to an exercise which is conducted at various fire stations. The drill trains the fire fighters at the station for a situation where there might be a sudden fire. The fire fighters are required to react to an alarm and then carry on the task of evacuating the premises. The fire drill report form is a document which records the performance of the drill which is conducted at the respective station. The form is to be prepared/ filled in by the personnel/ captain who were organizing the drill for the team of fire fighters.
