Financial Declaration Form


A financial declaration form can be used for several purposes. It may be used to provide the details of the ability of a candidate to bear all the financial costs related to a course program. It can also be used to furnish all financial assets and liabilities, income and expenses as a part of a mandatory disclosure between two parties, or between an individual and the government. The failure of either party to complete and exchange this form may result in annulment of contract or admission or may invite sanctions from the court of law. A sample financial declaration form is given below which can be used by students to show their financial capability to bear all the course related costs.
