in Eviction Forms

An eviction letter gives notice to a tenant from a landlord to vacate the premises in a specified short duration. This happens as a result of a broken agreement between landlord and tenant, usually the tenant’s fault. This happens so as to settle the matter permanently, as the landlord is usually at loggerheads with the tenant.
