Employment Self Appraisal Form



An employment self appraisal form is one which is presented by an office or a company or a business enterprise to its employees in order for the latter to evaluate themselves and their performances.

This is an important document and it has many advantages; the foremost being that the employee is made aware of his own flaws and shortcomings. A self appraisal is also always better than being appraised by others as the employee will know his capabilities the best.

An employment self appraisal form must be composed with care and foresight as the kind of questions that the employee must ask himself, and the parameters which the employee must be evaluated against are determinants of the efficiency and impact of the employment self appraisal form.
