Employee Written Warning Form

An employee written warning form is used by a company when it needs to discipline an employee and uses it as a warning before any strict action is taken against him. By issuing a warning letter, it gives the employee a chance to rectify his mistakes and stop it from happening again. Written warnings also serve as a clear reminder to the employee that his or her behavior is unacceptable and lays out the required steps to improvement. Since some employees won’t take any verbal warning seriously, a written warning helps to get their attention and it also stays in their record. Hence they are more careful not to repeat the mistake in the future.
