Employee Review Form
An employee review form is used by an organisation or a company to assess and review an employee’s performance at the workplace. By going through the different criteria in the form, the employee review form provides an impartial record of the quality and quantity of work done over a specific period, usually a year, by the employee. It also allows companies to reinforce company expectations and the results of not rising to organizational expectations as well as gives the employees a chance to respond to the appraisal questions and share their side of the work expectations, problems they faced in the workplace and also suggestions on how to do things better at the office.
