An employee agreement form is used by a company or organisation which gives the details of the new employee and also the employee’s consent to abide by the rules and regulations of the particular organisation. The employee must read the company policy and then sign the agreement as violation of any of the rules may lead to strict action against the employee or even termination of services. This way he knows his responsibilities and what is expected of him. The employer also mentions the rights of the employee in the form and what compensation, benefits and perks he is entitled to, should he accept employment.
