in Notice Forms

Notice forms can be used for a variety of purposes. As the word suggests, they are used to notify a party that is involved in a certain process or transaction. There is a notice of acceptance of order. This is a form that provides for the acceptance of an order. It acknowledges that the order has been examined and approved by the purchaser.

A notice of appointment of collection agent is one of many notice forms. This form instructs the customer that he should make payments to a particular company or that he should contact the collection agent. A notice of assignment of contract notifies a third party that is involved in any of the contractual obligations in writing. Another commonly used type of notice forms is the notice of breach of contract. This is used to notify a party that they have violated the terms of a contract. It specifies the steps that should then be followed.
