Every Canadian adult requires a legal will that serves as a directive on property inheritance. The will determines who stands to inherit one’s property when they die. Legal wills give one an opportunity to make important decisions that will negate the need for the government to decide what happens to the departed individual’s property.

Sample Canadian Will Form
