A budget proposal form is a document where the breakdowns of all the yearly expenses of an organization are mentioned and it is the submitted to the department or a committee that administers the budget. The form helps the organization to have the amount allocated to each expense beforehand so that they can spend accordingly. The form is usually filled by a member of the organization.
