Having a leave is a necessity to all employees of a workforce, but not all emplloyees want to take it for a vacation due to specific reasons. There is one way that they can spent it is by donating it or having it as additional salary. Annual leave donation form can be used when an employee does not want to use their balance leave entitled to them and donate it tot their colleagues whose self or family member has suffered severe illness or injury in which that employee already exhausted all the leaves given to him or her.
Not all companies have this kind of leave for their employees, but if there is one, it must be approved by the employee donor and the manager or employer before the employee receiver can have it; when the levae is not needed anymore the days remaining must be given back to the donor.
This form is simple and must be filled up by the employee in which they can write doen the many they want to encash donate to their colleague, although some companies have requirements for the recipents to pass of the leave before the donor can fill up this form, it must be given in advance as notice tot the employer so arrangements of the form and requirements can be completed.
