Advertising Release Form

An Advertising release form is required to release a person’s picture, voice or some company’s logo for marketing and advertising purposes. These are the subject’s exclusive right and the user needs to have a signed waiver in order to use that. This form hands over the title, rights and interests of the image to the person or company mentioned. Once done the image can be cropped, altered or modified for the purpose of advertisement. The subject will waive any privacy rights over the image and allow it to be used in the public domain.
